Best questions to ask the County Coroner re: my desire to be a Forensic Pathologist or Scientist?
I will meet with the investigating judge of the country tonight, with the other members of my local citizens on patrol. I have prepared a list of questions, but it means nothing. I am particularly curious about the scope of jobs available, this type of education / experience / co-op, etc, are necessary and / or desirable, and if there are opportunities for lay people to donate their time and / or assistance (as I can win my title) in any capacity (to classify documents, nothing.) I want to be sure not to be inadvertently leaving aside all discussion areas so that an expert may be able to provide answers.but if I knew that question. Thanks! You are awesome, finaldx. These are the types of questions I wanted, but could not express in words, as the technical aspects. Please, if anyone can think of anything else, please let me know. Thanks again.

should I be a speech and language pathologist?
What kind of person does it take? What are some of the personality traits and personal interests, etc., which would be helpful? Even if you have an SLP, which is the most difficult aspects of your work? Thanks. if it makes you happy, it is one of the most rewarding job ever! I love what I do, but sometimes it's frustrating, and can be an emotionally negative at you! The school is very intense, but worth it! There are lots of paper work and your writing skills must be strong! There are also a lot of problem solving thus the possibility that the box is a must!

I am very glad to hear the pathologist who did the autopsies on Sally Clarkes 2 children who she was?
accused of murder was quashed at the end of a measure not only of their children die of SIDS, but it has some responsibility for his murder. I really hope nobody gives you a new job. What happened poor women, but in England in the 21 st century, people like to blame before the facts. There is no such thing as justice in England? What do you think that Sally Clark was a British lawyer. Suffered a miscarriage of justice conviction in 1999 for killing two of his son were acquitted in 2003. Clark's first child died suddenly a few weeks of his birth in 1996. After her second son died in a similar manner, was arrested in 1998 and tried for the murder of two children. Her prosecution was controversial due to the statistical data presented by pediatrician Professor Sir Roy Meadow, who testified that the chance of two children from an affluent family suffering cot death was 1 in 73 million, when in fact closer to 1 in 200 in an unusual intervention, the Royal Statistical Society wrote to the Justice Department said there was "no statistical basis" for the figure's Meadow. Clark was sentenced in November 1999. The conviction was upheld on appeal in October 2000, but after they had served more than three years of the sentence, she had been revoked in another profession in January 2003, and she was released from prison. Wansell journalist Geoffrey Clark called the experience "one of the great miscarriages of justice in modern British legal history." Clark was found dead at his home March 16, 2007 of natural causes. Here is what I know about her trial. She was prosecuted in Chester Crown Court before Judge Harrison and a jury [ [6] The prosecution was controversial due to the involvement of the pediatrician Professor Sir Roy Meadow, who testified in the trial Clark that the chance of two children from an affluent family suffering cot death 1, 73 million adults in relation to the likely chances supports a 80-1 outsider in the National Assembly to run for four years and won every time [7]. In an unusual action, said the Royal Statistical Society, said the Lord Chancellor there was "no statistical basis" for the natural area and the probability was calculated later to 200th [2] by a 02:10 majority of the Court sentenced on 9th November 1999 [7] and given the mandatory life imprisonment. She was offended by the press as the murderer of their children. While recognizing the shortcomings of the statistical evidence that Wiese his convictions on appeal in October 2000 were confirmed. Should I pursue a career as a social worker or speech pathologist?
Now I can start taking the undergraduate speech therapy, social work or find a type of work and work to bring municipal solid waste programs. Speech therapy sounds like a better option (for decent wages, good working environment, flexibility in career opportunities, etc.). I think it would be good, because I know I would really make a difference if I've seen before a speech therapist. But, I do not feel a real passion for the job, no real personal connection. I'm more interested in social problems and it takes a greater personal interest to me (ie mental health), but I am concerned about the low wages and high potential for burnout. I can not help but feel that I would give anything I can very well do, do not call in speech therapy. Hi, my advice wud b you shiver weigh the pros and cons of both jobs. The job suits you the feeling you go for it. Opt for a job where you can excel. Remember u wil always work half of my heart wherever you are uncomfortable discussing or wid tell a relative or friend who knows u better, and therefore will help you get out of this limbo. Hope this helps, good luck! My mother is a speech therapist, and after watching his career for over 20 years, I have only one suggestion for you. Being good at what you do in your voice, have a passion for it. You have to want to get up and go to work every day because you'll lose your mind. My mother works in the public school system, and I can promise not to pay extravagant. The hours are typical of school time is very limited flexibility to choose the school you are, and worked environment.well, say it depends on how much he liked the school itself. Social work is a very different way, however, and demanding as that of passion. Burnout happens to any career is today.and trust me, SP is very tired! Whatever you choose, do not take its final decision on hearsay, such as Yahoo Answers! Talk to people you know :-) Whether it's career or to interview someone who has been working for some time in his career to take a (hopefully) all my life, and you do not want to take a decision on the basis of believed to be the case. Good luck to you, and remember: If you love something, it might be the best option. When you have a passion for something, you are less likely to burn, and feel like you did. Treatment with an MSW are not as low starting from 30 to 60 depending on where you are and what social work is wrong. It is a much more flexible. Social work can do the work in different areas and different levels of organization. You can talk to social workers in your area and get a complete picture of the profession. DA.

What major to pick if I want to be a forensic pathologist?
Any help please? I do not know what is happening in God because it is a specialized job. Go to medical school after earning a degree (at least in the U.S.). As a degree student, you can write anything you want to take the pre-requisite for admission to medical school. After medical school, you must be a house of the disease, and perhaps a fellowship in forensic pathology. www.aamc.org Review / students / start.htm and www.studentdoctor.net The area you choose before going to medical school degree is important because you must be able to earn money before graduating in medicine. Graduate in four years of laboratory science (CLS) will make you qualified to work in areas such as biochemistry, clinical forensic drug / compliance with the requirements for admission to medical school. Some people spend three years in a major in chemistry or microbiology then spend a year at a university hospital to supplement their energy needs Degree in CLS.

What are the pros and cons of becoming a Medical Examiner? How about a pathologist?
I know that a forensic scientist, you need an MD to be. I am very interested in medicine and I know I want to be a doctor. But apart from that I'm not sure. I am interested in forensic science to a certain point and I like the idea of cooperation with law enforcement, but I also want to be a doctor. What are the pros and cons of a MIG? How difficult is it to find a job than me? How strictly the work itself? Is it worth you think? Thanks in advance I am a paramedic, and my education, had our class in the ME office many times. They work long hours, but the work is not necessarily difficult. Pros: great pay, every day is different, your job is very important for the PD, the time goes by (busy). Cons: smells bad job every day, always with the same people, lots of school work. I had a friend who was an assistant me for many years. He loved his work too. Okay, the medical examiner, enter a pathologist with experience and some time in the specialty of pathology is not as difficult as the surgical specialties because it's not popular, but you should be on the first part of the review board as well as good grades / grades in the course of pathology in medical school. I worked in a pathology laboratory for a year before studying medicine. Takes a certain type of person to go that route. It is one thing, blood, guts and corpses on television and the Internet to see, but touch (sometimes hot and cold), smell and experience things first hand is well.really not for everyone. Could also arise if you become a ME, the bodies of children and infants of distractions for most physicians and the general population. Even adults can autopsies be quite bad. Outside of the autopsy, pathologists must also deal with the samples taken from the surgery, things like a biopsy of a portion of a colon cancer that has an amputated leg of a person with severe complications of diabetic neuropathy, I worked as an assistant forensics and dissect the tumor samples to identify areas or provide a representative sample, so the pathologist can examine under the microscope to confirm the diagnosis by a physician or surgeon. Pathologists are often called doctor. Pathologists spend much time looking at slides under the microscope and the issuance of its results. They perform some minor procedures such clinics to obtain biopsy specimens. I really do not have much contact with the patient. Your schedule is pretty good. Those who worked for held 05.09 hours. They should not be on duty. They may be asked to confirm or diagnose probable during the operation, known as the frozen food section. They did, t realize is not your fault, even if you teach.where I live a full, fun and no interest NO.no muttered when you hear the language of some young and uneducated people.if you think it will make a difference, You can do it, thanks I have a PT, bees at school functions. SLP is large and seems to love what they do.I live in NY and it is difficult to get a job at school. She had just completed a 6-month long-term sub position and had 25 applicants. That person has just learned that there indefinitely as a second pension, and she has now arisen. Do not get me wrong, there are many jobs for SLPS, but not in school.
